Ramiro Diaz, owner of IDP Printing. Ramiro has 20 years of experience in the printing and promotional products industry.

    With more than 20 years of experience leading IDP Printers, Ramiro has built the company on a foundation of innovation, quality, and long-term client relationships. Trained as a computer scientist and driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he launched IDP in Bogotá, Colombia, and has grown it into a trusted printing partner across industries. When he’s not at the office, you’ll likely find him cheering for his favorite soccer team, Santa Fe, playing king with his friends, or spending time with his family.

Dante Mazzanti, Vice President of Operations for IDP Printing. Dante is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and University of Virginia.

    Born and raised in Santa Rosa, California, Dante combines his military leadership experience with a strong business background to keep IDP Printers running efficiently and ready for growth. After serving in the U.S. Army, where he led teams and managed large-scale operations, he earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. At IDP Printers, Dante focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, golf, cooking, and exploring new places.

Maria Carolina Diaz Posada, Vice President of Business Development for IDP Printing. She holds a degree in industrial engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

    Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Carolina brings an international outlook and a passion for building meaningful client relationships to IDP Printers. After earning her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, she set out to help expand the company’s reach into the U.S. market. With experience in global eCommerce, retail, and strategy, Carolina is focused on connecting businesses with high-quality printing solutions while keeping a personal, approachable touch. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her traveling, working out with her 5 AM training group, or enjoying good music and food with friends and family.
